Pros
Site staff as in Coaches are great, when not about to break down.
Cons
The upper management are a joke, they jump on meetings and say "how amazing you all are, and how important you are", yet they constantly add on more and more tasks, KPI's are added every week as I left there was a KPI added for how many notes we got correct. Constant reports to complete, hungry management breathing down your neck making you cut payments for payslips for their claims, site managers are stressed out I saw mine crying from stress. New staff are given 2-3 days to complete training and then they are expected to start doing appointments KPI's etc, even though in the interview you are told you have stepped KPI's and 2 weeks of training. Porkies from management. A phycologist made a complaint to HR about issues with staff being stressed and over worked and they were let go. Access removed after 20 minutes. I had a team mate make a complaint about me which was highly untrue, front line staff are constantly pulled into a meeting to say we need to concentrate on this this and then that, however more added on during the day after that initial meeting. Clients come in highly stressed due to not having things paid for which they are entitled to. We had no on site parking and would have to walk over 1km to work and in the dark. If we were ever late back from lunch due to no parking we were told off in front of clients. Clients would also ask why they saw a new consultant every time they attended due to the high turnover of stressed out staff. I left after having a mental break down from the constant stress and pressure. HR did not give a Cr**, they refused to acknowledge my stress leave as stress leave and marked it as unpaid sick leave even though I had a note stating it was from work stress. At the time I left my manager had been on leave from stress for around a month. Service managers do what they can to support you but they are stretched to their limits also.
