Pros
Able to work at an office close to home at times, sometimes got to WFH. Some people I got to work with were awesome.
Cons
The company is corrupt. The Senior Leadership team are sociopaths with no moral compass. The HR team need to be investigated by fair work as they are terminating staff unfairly and unjustly. There is fraud happening on a daily, and good people are made as scape goats. Unsure how the department keep giving this company contracts, it's a waste of tax payers money. Bullying is rife, micromanagement is next level and lack of compassion towards clients with disabilities is disgusting. Unless you're in the purple circle you will get chewed up and spat out. Avoid this company at all costs, not worth the mental anguish. Wouldn't be surprised to see them in some kind of CCC in the future. They pay men more than they pay women for the same job/experience. I actually could go on forever about the negatives to do with this company but I think you get the point.
