Atomic, more than any other company I’ve worked for, recognises and values raw talent over industry experience. Good team environment, everyone is supportive of one another and if you need help, you get it. On the whole a very good team spirit Good pay and benefits – above the normal I would say plus you get an extra day off for your birthday Career opportunities are here if you want it but you do have to push the management for clarity sometimes. Internally, there are opportunities for growth and development and the work to which you are exposed and skills learned in working on new projects gives your CV a massive lift. Fair employer – you get out what you put in. Turn up every day and get your head down and you can go a long way.
Cons
Not really any. If I was pushed I would say :- You are expected to put the time in. This may occasionally mean working out of hours to meet a deadline. You are expected to ‘go the extra mile’ for your clients.
