Pros
Great workmates and a shared neurodiversity in junior and low level staff which was a very positive experience. Very large multinational company with very high annual profits. Minimal training or qualifications need to be obtained during your employment. Opportunities to "Volunteer" at promotional and marketing events outside work hours. Weekend, public holiday and overtime work need not be documented because it won't be paid for or compensated so much less paperwork to deal with.
Cons
Low salary. Long hours. Significant micromanagement from senior staff and lack of compliance to standard Australian workplace legal requirements for disability inclusion. Zero representation on senior staff from the disability community. Lack of accountability of senior staff despite repeated serious cases of potential wage theft and repeated reports of systematic bullying of vulnerable protected category workers by high level executives. Use of an Australian workplace law loophole that allows disability employers to pay disabled employees doing high level tech jobs at below the award wage. Extremely high junior employee turnover. Issues with employee privacy disclosure breaches to senior management from confidential counselling sessions.
