Pros
Great support & work-life balance. The clients buy into auticon's mission, so you tend to work with people who have a very understanding approach to neurodiversity and collaboration. auticon themselves don't have the best supports to facilitate professional development (though they do fund courses and the like), but you can get useful experience through client projects.
Cons
The salary is not competitive, and there aren't many senior people who you can learn technical skills from within the company itself.
