Pros

Beautiful office, great and inspiring mission, motivated co-workers.

Cons

The business model of avi is not working, so the company is slowly falling apart. Avi hired too many people, rented a massive office and got cocky too soon, before actually validating that the business would work. Over the last months it has become clear, that avi is and will not be profitable. No one is admitting to this from the leadership and fluffy statements about how excited investors are about avi are thrown around but here is no clear plan how to move forward. As leadership gets more and more desperate to make money, employees suffer from layoffs, semi-ethical decisions, chaos, intense micro management and pressure. Everyone who is not in the "inner circle" of the senior leadership is treated as if they are incompetent, there is no room to grow and no room to apply your skills. I absolutely cannot recommend this company. Maybe if they are able to turn things around and in some time, when there is a new management, there is hope.

Pros

- healthcare is about the change drastically in the next couple of years and Avi can be one of the companies being the motor of this change - ambitious environment where you can achieve a lot - extremely nice colleagues which are fun to work with - compensation is way above market average - well planned working locations - transparent communication from senior leadership - fast development

Cons

- there are a million things to do, prioritization is hard at times - still no stable operating model, based on the start up stage we are in, this is constantly changing and you need to flexible to cope with that
