1.working hours are so long 9.30 hours 2.No flexible time If you come 10 Min Late You have to Stay extra Half Hour 3.No annual Function or Trip 4.Toxic environment By Management 5. MD involved in cheap things and cheap minded 6.Increments are very less and that too behave like doing big favor on us 7.Partiality for employees and so much relaxation for management people no time bound for them 8.Management has no professionalism 9.No Job security 10.Forced to sign bond and take original documents in custody on the day of joining

Dear Concern, 9 hours 30 mins due to lunch break is of 45 mins. Pros working is of 5 days in a week. We have flexible time of 2 hrs short leave. Due to COVID the trip hasn't planned. We celebrate all Festival Functions. We had Toxic people , to whom we have to terminate for nuisance and bad performance. Sometimes top management has to involve for few bad influencer to overcome from such behavior. Always we give descent and best increment for good performances. As management team has to take care of business growth and hence working with no time bound means extra hours have to spend. Those who have said management is un professional are impotent and got terminated. Regarding the bond signing - only for those who have bad track record (Job hoppers). Without intimation and acceptance,, company never ask for it. Conclusion: Some people are trying to satisfy their ego in mentioning wrong reviews as the company has terminated them because of impotent and poor performance. Infact we need a broad minded team members and would like to grow in future .... we always welcome Good people.
