      I could really find no pro's except parking was free

      -poor management -socio-path type A employee win reawards for throwing new people under the bus -wear HR -poor communication

      Pros

      Above average benefits, especially for a company of their size - note I worked here pre-acquisition. Multiple health plan options, including high-deductible plan with an HSA that company contributed to. 4-weeks of PTO to start, if I recall. Nice 401K match. Generous with home office equipment and even went so far as to provide office supplies when everyone was saving money working from home in height of Covid.
