Pros
interesting projects, generous staff events where also your better half is invited (e.g. 3 days in Ticino), above average compensation, a lot of freedom when you want to learn new stuff. Free snacks, coffee and soft drinks (if you're so lucky as to work in an in-house project).
Cons
Job satisfaction depends 100% on the project you're in. Some projects are also really boring and it might be hard to get out if there's no one around to replace you. Mostly horizontal development: if you want to advance your career into a leadership position, this is probably not the right company for you.
