      Pros

      Smart and talented people all up and down. Generally nice and accepting people. A bit more diverse than other places I've worked.

      Cons

      Everyone works non-stop with little input about deadlines and features. It's an entirely top-down structure and if you can not keep up (ie, work no-stop), you will not last. This i cludess nights and weekends. Leadership is callous and uncaring. Founders are, of course, all white men. Regularly saw leadership and HR make fun of people that applied to a non-existent job - they enjoy mocking poor people and are not afraid to do so.

      I loved the work I did for beehiiv. The content managers were quick to provide work and feedback.

      Cons

      Sometimes, the editors went too heavy on technicalities that took away from the human-touch.

      Emerging as a major player in the space. constant development and product improvements. Fully remote. Great co-workers. Ability to collaboration cross-functionally.

      Cons

      Shifting priorities that come with being a 'feature factory' responsive to the largest accounts. Limited growth opportunities internally.
