Pros
Great salaries and benefits and the best bonus plan I have ever been part of. Plenty of upside growth. Very diverse employee population - over 50% Amazing hands on training. Four day work week - two days in the office, two days out. Great collaboration and fun teams to work with.
Cons
Niche market server do it takes on average two years to fully understand how everything works, but the company understands this and is very helpful and understands this.
