You will be responsible for multiple clients, without any limits. Their salary range is from Dream Land, you might find yourself offered %50 to %100 less salary from the market. Extremely hard to leave the company, they will do whatever they can to not respect your decisions professionally. Extremely hard to get a day off. You shouldn't switch off your phone or mute, they want to reach you 7/24 like a slave. If you're not responding or not doing a job on off-hours, you might get discouraged and insults from your Lead. Most Probably you will work on a legal holiday. (Same as most of the people in the company)
