Pros
Good career progression opportunities. Some great people. Good salaries. Recent enough change in approach and attempt to treat staff better/give more; there’s now more benefits to add to previous ones (health insurance, annual bonus, free gym membership, free food/fruit during the week, mental health support with external councillors). Seems there is a genuine attempt to improve conditions for staff, although it may be too slow for some (which is fair, see cons). Established and stable company - job security is very strong. Process driven, which is positive imo. I have observed first hand a proactive attempt by some senior managers to improve in the areas of staff management.
Cons
The environment in some teams (particularly some CS teams) has a long way to go; staff treatment on shift, expectations of working day, etc. verge on toxic in some teams (but not all!). Management viewpoint/attitude in some CS teams can be arrogant and rigid. This seems to inform how some supervisors and team leaders conduct themselves. The approach of these managers and supervisors detract from the positive work of others, which is a shame. Although I like the company (due to my experiences), I understand why advisors and team leaders from other teams may feel differently.
