Pros
General level of development talent is high. Decent holiday allowance. Initial onboarding/training is excellent.
Cons
Salaries are way behind general dev salaries elsewhere. Management can be sloppy and is full of cliques. "Hybrid working" but office attendance is clearly preferred and pushed heavily. High staff turnover. Most of the decent devs leave after a year or two, likely related to culture and salary lagging behind.
