Pros

It's a company that will give you lots of opportunities as they do have a very wide range of departments, growing in the company is accessible to everyone.

Cons

CS Management needs a lot of improvement, especially because they do tend to keep making false promises. When we ask for a written confirmation they deny it and comes with "But don't you trust me?" Not only me but several colleagues have been turned down on Managers false promises, some even involving arrangements for health issues. Also, it is more difficult to reach to CS Management than the Royal family. It happened with me some time ago where there was an update that would cause a system issue and I found the solution. I have sent an email to Management with my supervisor's authorisation explaining the problem and providing the solution, however, on the next day, I had several supervisors asking me why I have sent the email to the managers as an upper manager did not like it.

Pros

Good exposure to the overall trading industry. You really learn a lot about everything from building events, settlement, and different markets.

Cons

Communicator role is tough. Theres a lot to do with settlement issues that sometimes can be a bit overwhelming
