Job Advancement but not without playing favorites or flirting with potential hirees

Cons

Scheduling is horrendous Inexperienced HR that was 0 help during onboarding Makes new hires work on cases for countries they don't support Surveillance in every inch of the facility Not paid enough to endure verbal abuse from customers Will promote talentless people over established talent Constantly shifting job responsibilities Unable to possess/use phone anywhere in office even when you're having an emergency 10 minute breaks A 30 minute lunch that's more like 25 Unable to do anything without authorization (but you'll usually get ignored or forgotten before it happens) Office Politics/Cliquey Management with a Huge drinking culture (if you're not a drinker kiss your promotion goodbye) Supervisors with a God complex Homogeneous and noninclusive workplace environment

Pros

Benefits were good. Training was helpful.

Cons

Micro management and not enough balance between break and doing the job. You only get two 10 minute breaks and a half hour lunch. And if you are late by one minute, you will hear about it. No work from home. You have to hide your badge when you leave which it felt odd.
