      small and robust company, quick decission process and path

      many challenges on people relationships and issues on cooperation. there is no stable/solid company vision and goals are like roolercoaster.

      Good salary, bonuses and health care

      Cons

      Lack of strategy and planning. Poor management. Admins have to do repetitive and not ambitious work. No time for new projects. A lot of outdated technology used on daily basis. Continous changes in the company structures.
