Was a very toxic work culture when I was there. The HR was not really supportive and wouldn't be trying to help you, they would help the company (of course). The salaries used to be credited about 2-3 weeks after the month's end. When reporting billing hours, we were forced to report only 8 hours per day even though we did work for like 11 or even 12 hours. All the extra hours we worked we supposed to be comp-off, but if we are not able to report the extra hours, how to even claim the comp-off? I was made to change my feedback on the exit feedback form on my last day so they would look good on paper!
