Being that bina was built digital-first it has been able to avoid some of the pitfalls of modern education systems and the team of experts has been empowered to handcraft the best educational experience possible for the students. The small classes mean that teachers know their students deeply and can tailor each lesson to the needs of the students.

As with most start-ups there is more to do than can possibly get done in a day. The company's values are constantly shifting and it can be difficult to keep up. Being a digital company, the company culture is lacking. Contributions are often overshadowed by the next project.

Working at bina has been a dream come true! I'm thrilled to be part of a school that prioritizes both parents and children. The dedication to supporting each child's learning journey is truly phenomenal. I feel fortunate to be surrounded by such a passionate, international team of educators. Finding a school where every teacher truly loves their work and gives their all is rare. It's invigorating to be on a team that constantly strives for improvement.

Not having in-person meetups.. one day hopefully!
