I appreciate the clarity and transparency CEO provides in each quarter about company's growth with clear vision and values. Work Life Balance.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Really flexible with scheduling and especially accommodating for family emergencies. Fully remote and location independent work. For the most part I wasn't micro managed which was awesome. I had access to the C-Suite which was nice. It was my first time working with such a small company outside of my own.

      Cons

      High turnover of during the time I was there. Hopefully, the teams is stable now because they really are great people for the most part.
