Pros

My direct manager was great at rostering around our commitments

Cons

The company let plenty of good team members go with <1hrs notice. We had to provide a minimum of 1-week notice to leave so this was totally unacceptable in return. They took no responsibility for this poor behaviour. I understand letting people go in difficult times, but this showed a complete lack of respect. Even the recruiters were blind-sided. Poor form.
