Pros
There is a lot about blue-infinity that is great. Smart people to work with, diversity, collaboration, interesting projects and clients, learning and certification opportunities, work-life balance ok, part-time job possible, home-work possible. At b-i, you start as a junior, as an expert, work in digital marketing, in IT, at legal, and much more, you can wear a costume or jeans, come from the US or Spain, the door is open, if you're good at what you do. I see some people complaining here... But whatever your experience was at b-i, I think you should be grateful anyway. Now, you might have left and have a new line on your CV, you might have a job at a customer you worked for while at b-i, you might have put a first foot in Switzerland, have improved your expertise, had a chance to work on great stuff with great people, and so on. And keep in mind that if you contribute actively, are motivated, you can improve the way things work, instead of grumbling. Go and talk to your manager.
Cons
Well, same as all IT companies... You might have to work 10 hours a day because of a huge project, you might have to jump into a project and stop a fire (is that body-shopping?) to help a client out, you might have to wait for a salary increase (and deserve it!), you might not become the manager of your manager after 2 months work!! What young people expect is sometimes very surprising to me...
