Hitting the positives first…I really appreciate that you highlighted our focus on patients and the overall work culture – these are both core to who we are and who we strive to be. As we continue to grow, we are still finding the right balance between the “just get it done” approach and being inclusive/cooperative. We definitely err on the side of being inclusive and are willing to do that when so much of what we do IS highly integrated and often for the first time. There are pros and cons to that approach – just as there are to get it done on your own. That said, we do need to evolve as we continue to grow and scale operationally. On the management front, we believe in investing in our people and that means promoting people into management roles for the first time. We do our best to prepare managers for this really important role by requiring manager training before becoming a manager and continuing to invest in them after they become managers. I do agree that we need to make sure managers actually want to manage and are building out our technical career paths more robustly.
