Pros
I've been on the Superior Access marketing team for almost three years now, and overall, it's been an extremely positive and rewarding place to work. We're a small marketing team that's focused on growth, which means we're constantly trying to come up with new campaigns and marketing channels with a "trial by combat" mentality to identify which channels we will continue to invest in. We keep a close eye on results and everyone plays a part to make sure we keep driving our business forward.
We get to work closely with our sales team and other departments (which is rare for most companies) and we've found tremendous success in doing so.
The leadership team has had some changes over the years, which can usually make or break a company, but luckily, our leadership team is truly focused on doing the right thing, both by our employees and our customers. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone outside of work, so it was great to see their response to the pandemic, moving everyone to a remote environment so quickly, and taking the necessary precautions to create a safe working space going forward.
Cons
We're a results driven company, so, I think the biggest challenge is being able to keep up with the demand of growing a company. The only problem with setting a new sales record is that you've also just set the bar for the kind of results we expect to see going forward.
If you thrive off of a face-paced environment that a growing company demands, then you'll be a great fit for Superior Access.
