Pros
Flexible rostering allows you to get 1 - 3 shifts per week, depending on your availability. Have the option to work across other stores within the cluster The work has multiple responsibilities - from serving customers, refilling stock, preparing hot food and cleaning tasks such as mopping and dusting. So it doesn't get boring, as you are doing a range of tasks. Decent Pay - on Part time contract with excellent evening and weekend shift rates. Even better as casual but no guaranteed work. Comphrensive training provided - with good support from management and colleagues.
Cons
Managing the store by yourself in the evening - can get overwhelming with lot of tasks required to be completed before closing all by yourself. Need to manage your time well and can get annoying completing tasks and serving customers. The initial online modules require a lot of time. Should be given more time to complete the online modules. But definitely useful in developing awareness of company policies and store procedures.
