Pros

None that I can think of. ...well, you get paid on time.

Cons

7 - 10 day shifts are common. You'll be expected to cancel your holiday leave, which was booked months in advance, with just a few days notice from management. Shifts and days off are changed at very short notice. It's very rare to get two days off in a row. You'll be expected to do unpaid over time everyday. I do 30 mins to 1 hour a day. I start at 5.15 am. Work every weekend. You're expected to have 3 pairs of hands - get food out on time whilst making customer drinks, sandwiches, doing temperature checks, serving on the till amongst other things. You rarely get help. 2 people are needed in the cafe. You'll be moaned at if things are done late. Management are clueless. There is no career for you working in Wild Bean Cafe.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
