The key to success is willingness to work hard, international mobility, and ability to get along with everyone from peers to senior management and the front line employees.

Often too dependent on individual executive agendas, overly ambitious, tolerating behaviours and practices inconsistent with company values, unable to retain top talent in times of crisis or transition.
