      Pros

      Good salary. Many of the people you work with have been in the company for a long time and are generally helpful and professional.

      Cons

      Hard work and therefore poor work-life balance. Constant reorganizations are hard on employees' motivation. Politics are quite poisonous, no matter how well you work. HR are hiding behind procedures... Poor atmosphere.
