      Pros

      Basic healthcare package. Great office environment. Colleagues. Free coffee, sometimes free snacks. Career development. Some home office time allocated. If you are eligible, bonuses can be great.

      Cons

      IT: e.g the "helpline" options are completely incompetent and most of the time you can spend hours if not days unable to work due to system problems - usually caused by a system update from IT. Workload: e.g when someone from any team left, management would refuse to replace them in attempt to save money, so the rest of the team would take over their workload with no compensation for this.
