Pros

Cons

no work life balance,Duty/Deputy managers are easy target and only to blame for,you will be lucky if you can ever go home on time 40 hours contract is on paper only, average management ending up doing 50-60 hours a week, dated management will certainly make you feel that you are not working for the high profile retail store but round the corner off licence.Forget about work life balance being in management.bias management.

Pros

Supportive team environment with good learning opportunities and exposure to large-scale projects. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company offers strong brand recognition and career development resources.

Cons

Decision-making can be slow due to layers of management, and processes sometimes feel overly bureaucratic. Workload and priorities can shift quickly, which may create stress depending on the team.
