      None, besides pleasant interviewer who explain "Management Training Program" (which is commission based from the start)

      Pros

      - Supportive immediate supervisor and colleagues. It really depends. I feel like half of them is friendly and half were not. - Quite high salary for an entry level -

      Cons

      - Fixed working hours - Weird culture. They have dress code but most of the times they wear whatever they want to wear in the office. - No training provided. You learn by yourself.
