Pros

- Exciting scaling phase with series B, growing business and financial health - Product & tech teams have an ambitious roadmap, good balance between innovation and stability - High level of ownership and autonomy – you're trusted to make an impact, with very supportive leadership & colleagues - Collaborative environment where everyone is aligned on improving processes and building together

Cons

- Fast pace and lot of competing priorities can feel a bit intense at times - Still a lot to build and improve, which requires proactive mindset and adaptability

Pros

- Nice colleagues - Good parties

Cons

- The employment contract states a 40-hour workweek. If you fall even one minute below that threshold, you’ll get comments from top management. However, you can work 50–60 hours with no issue. You obviously won’t get any raise. - Many people are complaining within this department. Turnover is high. Promotions are rare—except for top management, who are nonetheless responsible for this chaos. - Day-to-day work increasingly consists of dealing with customer dissatisfaction. - Finally, if you want a salary increase, you’re better off not wasting your time and looking elsewhere.
