sometimes lunch doesn't arrive until 12:15 :)

- Small team but most of the people are friendly and helpful - Easy to talk and communicate with the higher management, even with the CEO. - Lunch everyday

- Engineering teamleads/managers are with the company for a long time. Their system of working hasn't evolved much with time. - Annual reviews are only top-to-bottom instead of both ways. (basically you should be able to review your mangers to make the review system fair) - Not a competitive salary
