We provide a lot of opportunity for individuals to grow within their position, learn new skills and take on more responsibilities to prepare them for future opportunities. By design, Canfield maintains few hierarchical levels to be more responsive to customers. Growth is not typically vertical and rapid and predictable as things once were in many industries. We also agree that self-starting individuals who take initiative and work hard are easy to spot and get management attention when new opportunities arise.
