      Pros

      Working environment like a family, colleagues are helpful and friendly. Don't work on Saturday.

      Cons

      Very less benefit even no annual medical check-up. Less bonus. Operation is the most suffering Department, no work-life balance but the pay is lowest. Some staffs are quite relax but get much higher salary.
