Cons
Poor safety culture and the senior management pretends they are doing something about it, however I've seen them taking shortcuts before audits and shouting at production staff. The typical production employees there are either students or senior citizens - both on minimum wage, who keep changing all the time as retention rate is low. Many accidents happen, luck has been on their side. Their social events are poorly managed, can be seen on LinkedIn. Staff sitting in the grass and served food. Main issue is the senior management especially the husband wife - maintenance manager and quality manager, along with the production manager who has been there forever. The new management who tries to bring change slowly gives up and leaves. It's a sad company to work for.
