Pros

2-3$ above from minimum wage!

Cons

I want to share some serious concerns about a company that’s lacking in basic standards and professionalism. To start, there are no proper SOPs in place, and most employees seem to be hired without any proper vetting—there are even people with criminal backgrounds working there because they don’t run background checks. It’s really shocking for a European-Canadian company to operate this way, especially when their other plants in the US and Europe seem much better managed. A manager who works there has criminal background and no one seems to care about that. That is unbelievable. The work environment is terrible. The warehouse and facilities are in awful condition. It’s also full of workplace politics between two minority groups, making it a place where arguments and racist behavior are common. This isn’t a safe or healthy work environment at all, and I honestly think no one with common sense would want to stay here. I’m encouraging everyone who has experienced similar issues to report this to HR. And if HR doesn’t take it seriously, please report this to the appropriate government authorities. The company needs to improve, and fast, or it will continue to spiral downward.
