Pros

Autonomy in your work. Changed from day to day, even though it was rather mundane (eg. small changes). Definitely felt like you put in a good shift every day.

Cons

It was pretty lame dealing with contractors sometimes. People who didn't care about what they were doing were always a struggle to oversee.

Pros

cip Marketing is the official marketing partner of Adidas, and handles mostly retail marketing and event work for the brand. cip offers its interns (Brand Coaches): - good retail experience with a major sportswear brand (adidas) - a very competitive hourly rate - occasional free footwear and other gear - some opportunities for travel - very flexible - only work when you're available

Cons

- work is not steady; you work whenever projects come up - expense reimbursement policy is weak; though the price of gas is through the roof, the personal car mileage reimbursement rate has remained very low - there are few full-time employees and limited opportunities for advancement into a full-time role
