Pros
The internal team members such as project management and strategy teams were very welcoming and easy to work with.
Cons
- Leadership for client services is severely lacking. A bunch of yes men who have no concept of reality. - No onboarding process. When you join the team, you are just left on an island. - HR is not there for you. You can air your concerns and look to them for support and help but they will turn on you and ultimately use your concerns against you. - Late hours. I was working 10 hours+ until 8-9PM at least 3 days a week (on calls)
