These plans include weekly one-on-one coaching, open dialogue, and guidance from management with the sincere goal of helping employees succeed. On the matter of sales credit and pipeline ownership, we understand how important this is to our team. We aim for clarity and fairness in our attribution process and regularly assess our policies to ensure they reflect contributions across sales and marketing. That said, we recognize there's always room for improvement, and we’ll consider your feedback as we continue evolving our processes.
