- Management is rigid in their ways of thinking - Equipment choice is non existent - Employee onboarding is non existent - There's a thin veil of transparency wrapped in the reality of conversations happening without input behind closed doors. - The culture is cold and dead, very little conversation going on, nobody is talking about interests, and the only time you'll generally talk to someone else is during a meeting like a stand-up. - Don't expect to have an easy or fun time when your view differs from management as the reality of working there is that you're working inside an admittedly generally intelligent echo chamber which makes innovation impossible.
