The lease was never signed but promises were made and suppliers as well as contracted [staff] were misslead. IF they do eventually get funding there is no management structure secure enough to deliver, there is absolutely no likelihood of suppliers being paid on time if at all. The CEO is, a sociopath, and HR were argumentative together alienated the team by petty quarrels, and led to disputes in 6 months with all the staff, because of a lack of integrity by these key alleged leaders who represent the public face of the company and have direct influence over the broad and specific work environment. Suggesting severely impaired judgement.
