Still some old habits that need changing but I can see that happening

Free and unlimited snacks and beverages. Everyone is your friend. Extremely supportive of personal growth in or outside of the agency. CEOs are absolutely wonderful, approachable, and caring. Unique and unlike any other agency. Learning is abundant and endless. A great stepping stone either to start a career or to come to from a larger agency if you're looking for a more laid-back and casual environment.

Promotions happen quickly here, but this in turn yeilds very young upper management as a result. Some of them, although technically excellent at their job, are still too young to know how to manage a team without letting emotions get in the way, the environment can in turn become stressful depending on the situation. The good thing is that upper management is willing to resolve issues if and when addressed, it's just that few employees aware of this or too scared to say something.
