Company is diverse and quite inclusive, office is well equipped. As everywhere you can meet some decent and kind colleagues.
Cons
- Biggest con is the vast amount of toxicity and narcism in the management level, people are not treated equally. If you are not personally liked by your manager you get bullied and get no support from c-levels - no one cares about your well-being and true facts - C-levels love to brag about people-first culture but these are just empty words, nobody wants to hear any complaining and collect feedback from former employees - It is hard to speak up your mind or question status quo. I barely know anyone apart from managers who feel comfortable enough to be fully honest with their opinion - A lot of unimportant, time-consuming work, useless meetings, documenting instead of true actions - Low salary and company is very hesitant on spending their budget on any kind of tools, solutions and assistance - Very few good leaders: many have huge ego and treat employees with no respect, micromanagement with no helpful feedback and support
