I cant think of any pros, working in Facturee was the worst decision of my life.
Cons
Where shall I start:
1. Very backward mentality, micromangement all the time,
2. German Speaking, no tolerance for english, very conservative people. Non-supportive people
3. No flexibility in work.
4. Very Low salary and no growth opportunities,
5. No Perks at all.
