Hard to WFH as a new employee

It is rare to find a company with such a caring and intelligent C-suite! Believe me I know. Have been reporting to C-Suite for most of my 35+year career, and have never felt as respected and trusted and valued as at d-Wise. There is a delicate balance of hard work but tremendous gratitude that exists here.

The company is based on a remote work model, so communication can often be somewhat impersonal at times. This can lead to a hesitancy by employees to voice their opinion formally. I believe this may only be a function of being a truly high-tech organization and the way business is conducted these days.
