My application was small scale so you miss out on the experience to making large scale applications.

Flexible work schedule. Ability to work remotely. Owner is easy to work with and very helpful. Owner is willing to teach and wants you to learn. Room for advancement and learning.

New company so no benefits yet but the owner is working on it.
