Pros
Projects & the office location.
Cons
Unfortunately, it was far from the positive experience I'd hoped for. The workplace culture there needs serious improvement. I couldn't ignore the obvious gender bias. Women's abilities were consistently downplayed, and there were significant gender pay gaps that just didn't sit right. What's worse, promotions seemed to go to those who engaged in bullying rather than those who truly deserved it. This created a toxic atmosphere that made collaboration and creativity feel nearly impossible. I believe that workplaces should be inclusive, supportive, and fair. Sadly, my time at dMFK fell short of these ideals. Sharing this in the hope that it sparks positive change and creates a better environment for everyone. in numbers - around 20 people left over last year with the majority of them being women.
