Pros

Free lunch but that's not enough to outweigh the cons

Cons

Lack of transparency: Many crucial details are not disclosed during the interview process. The role you think you’re hired for is often just a front, and you may be pressured into tasks that are questionable and very unethical. Hostile environment: The workplace culture is extremely toxic. If you don’t speak their language or fit into their cliques, you’ll quickly be isolated and pushed out. No diversity at all There’s constant drama, office politics, and unhealthy competition that encourages double crossing. Useless training: Two weeks of “training” is essentially just self-learning. What little is taught has no relevance to the actual work. No work-life balance: Forget breaks, off-days, or personal time. You’ll be expected to work weekends, public holidays, and late nights. A few peoples workload are often dumped on you without proper guidance, and the expectation is that you’re always available. There is no break and they certainly do not expect you to have a life. High turnover: They mass-hire and mass-fire with little regard for people’s well-being. Employees stay only because they need the paycheck, but the stress and treatment make it not worth it.
