      - Challenging, fulfilling, collaborative - Comp is competitive and perks/benefits are top notch - High quality talent - interview process is really competitive and only a handful of folks make it to the offer stage - Great culture - truly believe dYdX is a one of a kind experience

      Pros

      The company offers a competitive salary and benefits, including excellent health insurance. They have a very strong engineering team.

      Cons

      Middle management is untrained and unprofessional. Mostly strong engineers who have been promoted but not given management training. Some middle managers have big egos that get in the way of collaboration. In its worst moments, management disparages employees.
